The basic rules of care for your eyewear
When you stop active using of glasses you should put it into the case or special bag to protect from damage and pollution.
During exploitation lenses should be wiped with a soft microfiber cloth. You shouldn`t wipe it with handkerchief or shirt`s sleeve, small and hard dust from it may scratch the surface, so the glasses may be spoiled. Unsuited fabric may also spoil the lens coating protecting eyes from UV light and artificial blue light. That is why the eyewear should be cleaned with special material protecting from stain, hairs and piles.
Don`t use acetone, toluene or another organic agents. It will definitely spoil lenses covering. Lenses can be washed with warm non-concentrated soapy water or with the cleaning spray.
Put the glasses with lenses up. Putting lenses down may spoil the surface. Hard table may scratch it, soft blanket or carpet may pollute it with fur or dust.
The glasses should not be be exposed to high temperature. Don`t leave it in a car under the sun light.
You should wear and take it off with two hands holding for temples. Don`t take it off with one hand. Don`t wear it like a headband, you may cause deformation or accidental fall. Don`t forget that glasses are individual, it should be wiped after other person`s wearing.
Don`t forget:
To take glasses off before using sprays (for hair or deodorants, etc.)
To check tightening of screws fixing temples with metallic frame or unframed glasses
